About Norton John AKA Big JohnI'm a 46 year old biker I've been riding over half my life, I've owned in order 1966 Yamaha 125 Twin, 1973 Norton 850 Commando, 1976 1,000 HD sporster trike, 1976 HD FLH, 1980 HD 80-80 FLH, 1970 HD full custom hard tail FL 20" over springer Apes & Jock shift, 1976 KZ1000 and a 1976 GL 1000. I'm now restoring my first real road bike, my 73 Norton. My main ride is my KZ1000. I've lived on the West Coast ( San Francisco Ca.), The East Coast SC, NC, FLA. And the Gulf coast New Orleans LA. Born in Upstate New York this is where I ride and call
home now. As the President of the Griffins Assn. of New York
I'm very active in the AMA national
and Dist.
